Ferguson Commission Calls for Regionalizing Police and Courts

Missouri Governor Jay Nixon’s “Ferguson Commission” has released its report, which includes 198 “calls to action.” The most important of those “calls” involve the commission’s recommendations for police departments and municipal courts to be merged into regional police departments and regional courts. According to the commission’s website, “The Ferguson Commission is an independent group appointed by Missouri Governor Jay Nixon on November 18, 2014, to conduct a ‘thorough, wide-ranging and unflinching study of the social and economic conditions that impede progress, equality and safety in the St. Louis region.’” The commission was formed by the governor in the wake of … Continue reading Ferguson Commission Calls for Regionalizing Police and Courts

What’s Behind the Riots? A Federal Police Force: “Everything else has been nationalized, so why not the police?”

Michael Brown. Eric Garner. Tamir Rice. And who could forget? Trayvon Martin. It’s no secret that the likes of Attorney General Eric Holder, his replacement Loretta Lynch, President Obama and Al Sharpton have been dwelling upon these cases, while others with similar dimensions and often more tragic circumstances remain ignored. Scores of members in Congress joined in the chorus as well. But why are they driving these cases at all? These are not altruistic players. What is their agenda? In the wake of the chaos of riots and the mass movement of protests taking over cities across the nation, a … Continue reading What’s Behind the Riots? Washington State Pro-Gun Rally Draws Thousands

Local media in Olympia, Washington, covered Gavin Seim’s “We Will Not Comply” pro-gun rally extensively, including interviews with some of Seim’s speakers and footage of him and some supporters burning their concealed weapons permits following the rally. Nationally, Seim’s rally never happened. The mainstream media was too busy reporting on Al Sharpton’s ramping up of protesters’ anger at the shooting of Michael Brown and Eric Garner instead. Between 1,000 and 3,000 showed up at Seim’s rally at the state capitol to protest passage of Initiative 594 which, among other restrictions, now requires gun owners to obtain a background check before transferring … Continue reading Washington State Pro-Gun Rally Draws Thousands

Why The Obama Administration Is So Determined To Start A Race War

Race Riots Incited To Overshadow Raging Class Warfare Racial Hatreds Stoked To Divide The Nation And Distract From Obama’s Impeachable Crimes No other Administration in American history has manufactured so many crises and committed so many impeachable crimes as the current one.  The number of governmental wrongdoings and pervasiveness of political scandal are as unprecedented as they are unrivaled. No other US President has acted in such an autocratic manner, and with such impunity.  President Obama’s ongoing dictatorial conduct has become so consistent that many refer to him as king, as well as the first monarch of the USA.  To … Continue reading Why The Obama Administration Is So Determined To Start A Race War

The Modern Day Racists and Provocateurs

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.” – Martin Luther King Jr. From the offset of police Officer Darren Wilson, who shot and killed thug Michael Brown, we can see that the state-controlled media is resurrecting the issue of racism. And, as usual, not too far behind are the modern-day, self-proclaimed civil rights leaders. After listening to their divisive rhetoric (only using the old tactic of divide and conquer (Mark [3:25]), I … Continue reading The Modern Day Racists and Provocateurs

Set Up? No Charges for NYPD Officer in Choking Death, But Charges for Man Who Filmed It

If justice wasn’t served in the shocking death of Eric Garner, irony certainly was. In this case, irony twists around the contorted concept that justice is blind, and that, ideally, the dirty work of cops peace officers is better done out of sight and out of the mind of the general public. There are plenty of police and other authorities who long for the days past before cameras, phones and other digital devices were everywhere, potentially recording anything going on. Ironically or not, Officer Darren Wilson, now infamous for killing Michael Brown in an alleged justified homicide, was caught on … Continue reading Set Up? Doctor Disputes Claims Made By Michael Brown Autopsy Assistant

A Kansas doctor is disputing claims made by Shawn Parcells, a forensics assistant who was brought on to help conduct an autopsy on Michael Brown and who became a frequent guest on cable television to discuss the case. Parcells assisted Dr. Michael Baden in the Brown autopsy conducted on Aug. 17, more than a week after Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson fatally shot the 18 year old. At a press conference held by attorneys for the Brown family the day after the autopsy was completed, Parcells introduced himself as “Professor” and was later identified as a “forensic pathologist” by numerous … Continue reading Doctor Disputes Claims Made By Michael Brown Autopsy Assistant

The Police in This City Haven’t Killed Anyone in Five Years

With the violence in Ferguson finally winding down this week, many folks are struggling to make sense of it all. I myself have read so many differing accounts of the events that transpired between Michael Brown and Darren Wilson, that I refuse to take a side on that incident, at least for now. What we can positively conclude though, is that the police are out of control in many parts of the country. Michael Brown’s death aside, we’ve all seen the outrageous antics of the Ferguson Police Department this year. More importantly, many of us have seen the trigger happy … Continue reading The Police in This City Haven’t Killed Anyone in Five Years

Darren Wilson leaving Ferguson police force

Darren Wilson, the Ferguson, Missouri cop who killed unarmed black teenager Michael Brown in August, is under “no illusion” about remaining a police officer, his lawyer said. “There’s no way in the world [Wilson] can go back to being a police officer,” attorney Neil Bruntrager told CNN this week. “It’s not a question of if, it’s a question of when. He’s on paid leave, and there are discussions that are going on right now to separate from the department in an amicable fashion,” Bruntrager added. “Realistically, he can’t go back to being a police officer…There’s no illusion about any of … Continue reading Darren Wilson leaving Ferguson police force

Ferguson grand jury papers full of inconsistencies

FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) — Some witnesses said Michael Brown had been shot in the back. Another said he was face-down on the ground when Officer Darren Wilson “finished him off.” Still others acknowledged changing their stories to fit published details about the autopsy or admitted that they did not see the shooting at all. An Associated Press review of thousands of pages of grand jury documents reveals numerous examples of statements made during the shooting investigation that were inconsistent, fabricated or provably wrong. For one, the autopsies ultimately showed Brown was not struck by any bullets in his back. Prosecutors … Continue reading Ferguson grand jury papers full of inconsistencies

Valerie Jarrett Keeping In Touch With Gov. Nixon During Ferguson Fiasco

Missouri Governor Jay Nixon adamantly denies that the White House pressured him to resist sending in the National Guard in response to violent protesters unhappy with the Michael Brown shooting decision. It is clear, however, that Nixon has been in close contact with President Obama’s senior advisor Valerie Jarrett as the chaotic situation unfolded. According to the White House, Jarrett spoke with Nixon the first night of the protests as well as the morning after. Deputy Press Secretary Eric Schultz confirmed that Jarrett received “updates” from Nixon, “promising to stay in close touch” as the situation continued. Missouri Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder has called for the arrest of the stepfather of Ferguson’s Michael Brown, following the emergence of video footage in which he was seen inciting rioters. Louis Head, was filmed telling angry mobs in Ferguson Monday to “burn this bi**h down,” after the grand jury announced no indictment for the police officer who shot and killed Brown. What followed was an intense night of rioting and looting, during which several buildings and vehicles were burned by agitators. Appearing on Laura Ingraham’s radio show, Kinder was asked “When you hear that soundbite from the stepfather of Michael Brown, what’s … Continue reading Missouri Lieutenant Governor: Arrest Michael Brown’s Stepfather For ‘Burn This B**ch Down’ Comments
