Ferguson prosecutor says witnesses lied under oath to grand jury

St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch (Reuters/Cristina Fletes-Boutte) Some witnesses obviously lied while testifying under oath to the Ferguson grand jury that ultimately declined to indict 18-year-old Michael Brown, said the St. Louis county prosecutor in charge of the case, Bob McCulloch. Speaking with KTRS radio, McCulloch said his goal was to have any individual who claimed to be a witness testify before the grand jury. “Clearly some were not telling the truth,” he said. Specifically, McCulloch noted that one woman in particular who said she witnessed the shooting but “clearly wasn’t present.” According to McCulloch, “she recounted a story right out of the … Continue reading Ferguson prosecutor says witnesses lied under oath to grand jury

The Modern Day Racists and Provocateurs

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.” – Martin Luther King Jr. From the offset of police Officer Darren Wilson, who shot and killed thug Michael Brown, we can see that the state-controlled media is resurrecting the issue of racism. And, as usual, not too far behind are the modern-day, self-proclaimed civil rights leaders. After listening to their divisive rhetoric (only using the old tactic of divide and conquer (Mark [3:25]), I … Continue reading The Modern Day Racists and Provocateurs

Set Up? No Charges for NYPD Officer in Choking Death, But Charges for Man Who Filmed It

If justice wasn’t served in the shocking death of Eric Garner, irony certainly was. In this case, irony twists around the contorted concept that justice is blind, and that, ideally, the dirty work of cops peace officers is better done out of sight and out of the mind of the general public. There are plenty of police and other authorities who long for the days past before cameras, phones and other digital devices were everywhere, potentially recording anything going on. Ironically or not, Officer Darren Wilson, now infamous for killing Michael Brown in an alleged justified homicide, was caught on … Continue reading Set Up? The Police in This City Haven’t Killed Anyone in Five Years

With the violence in Ferguson finally winding down this week, many folks are struggling to make sense of it all. I myself have read so many differing accounts of the events that transpired between Michael Brown and Darren Wilson, that I refuse to take a side on that incident, at least for now. What we can positively conclude though, is that the police are out of control in many parts of the country. Michael Brown’s death aside, we’ve all seen the outrageous antics of the Ferguson Police Department this year. More importantly, many of us have seen the trigger happy … Continue reading The Police in This City Haven’t Killed Anyone in Five Years

Darren Wilson leaving Ferguson police force

Darren Wilson, the Ferguson, Missouri cop who killed unarmed black teenager Michael Brown in August, is under “no illusion” about remaining a police officer, his lawyer said. “There’s no way in the world [Wilson] can go back to being a police officer,” attorney Neil Bruntrager told CNN this week. “It’s not a question of if, it’s a question of when. He’s on paid leave, and there are discussions that are going on right now to separate from the department in an amicable fashion,” Bruntrager added. “Realistically, he can’t go back to being a police officer…There’s no illusion about any of … Continue reading Darren Wilson leaving Ferguson police force

Ferguson grand jury papers full of inconsistencies

FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) — Some witnesses said Michael Brown had been shot in the back. Another said he was face-down on the ground when Officer Darren Wilson “finished him off.” Still others acknowledged changing their stories to fit published details about the autopsy or admitted that they did not see the shooting at all. An Associated Press review of thousands of pages of grand jury documents reveals numerous examples of statements made during the shooting investigation that were inconsistent, fabricated or provably wrong. For one, the autopsies ultimately showed Brown was not struck by any bullets in his back. Prosecutors … Continue reading Ferguson grand jury papers full of inconsistencies

Ferguson Proves Predictive Programming Works

Dear Ferguson protesters of the non-provocateur variety: It is the most basic of truths that burning down your town in protest of a police state will only bring MORE of a police state presence to your (now burnt) town…more of the very thing you are protesting! What are you going to do next? Eat 25 Big Macs to protest how unhealthy fast food is? Mow down a forest to protest the destruction of trees? Smear yourself in blood and go swimming with sharks to protest man-eating sharks? **MEDIA SHOCK**: NEW YORK TIMES PUBLISHES DARREN WILSON’S ADDRESS INFO

UPDATE: The New York Times has posted a correction to the story: “An earlier version of this post included a photograph that contained information that should not have been made public. The image has been removed.” However, the “information that should not have been made public,” in the Times’ view, is not the name of the street where Officer Wilson’s home is located. The story still contains that information. The Times has merely removed the photo of Wilson’s marriage license from the article. Breitbart News will not link the story or give out the specific information, but the New York Times … Continue reading **MEDIA SHOCK**: NEW YORK TIMES PUBLISHES DARREN WILSON’S ADDRESS INFO
