By now everyone has likely heard that a nurse has contracted Ebola from treating Thomas Duncan. The announcement was made on Sunday. No one seems to know why. She was wearing full protective gear. Our CDC Director, Dr. Tom Frieden, says that he suspects a breach in protocol. Really?  I see that the people in charge are still playing God. It has to be the nurse’s fault or the fault of one of her co-workers. We can’t seem to admit that Ebola is a nasty disease that isn’t so hard to catch and very difficult to stop. There are now over … Continue reading If a 2nd Ebola Case in Dallas Concerns You, The CDC Solution Will Horrify You

Petition Demand: “Ban All Incoming and Outgoing Flights to Ebola-Stricken Countries”

As Americans across the country struggle to understand what is being done to stem the possibility of an Ebola outbreak in the United States, many have come to the conclusion that the first and most effective method of prevention is to keep it out of America to begin with. That strategy, if there ever was one, has obviously failed now that an infection has been identified on U.S. soil. This prompted one concerned citizen to launch a petition at the Whitehouse.gov We The People web site calling for a complete ban on air travel to and from Ebola stricken countries.
