(Truthstream Media) At the new Benghazi hearing today, a polished Hillary who had a lot more time to prepare calmly read a statement in which she said, point blank, “I took responsibility”.
A bit of a rewriting of history there, no?
Then again, what difference, at this point, does it make?
Of course the Benghazi hearings, as well as the email scandal, are being used as a political weapon to slow Hillary’s attempt to win the presidency – on the other hand, the content of those revelations, and the attitude that the 2016 contender has demonstrated, make clear that she would be a dangerous Commander-in-Chief and a liability to all Americans.
Meanwhile, more than 1,300 emails from Ambassador Christopher Stevens were just released by the Kerry-led State Department… but they came too late for their contents to be thoroughly discussed at Hillary’s Benghazi hearings. Not surprisingly, Republicans have complained that the State Dept. has been dragging its feet on releasing the documents.Politico reports:
The House Select Committee on Benghazi got a special delivery on Tuesday, two days before its high-profile hearing with former secretary of state Hillary Clinton — 1,300 more pages of emails from the State Department.
The Republican-led panel took to Twitter to vent about the seemingly late-in-the-game document dump of messages from Christopher Stevens, the ambassador to Libya who died in the Sept. 11, 2012, attacks on the consulate, along with three other Americans.
Reports have also surfaced claiming that threats from the Clinton camp are what is really responsible for Vice President Joe Biden backing away from a presidential bid. DC Whispers.com reports:
Yesterday evening, Vice President Joe Biden was intent on running for President of the United States.
By morning the following day, he is said to have grimly agreed to the suggestions of a high-ranking adviser who warned the Clintons were “fully prepared and willing” to utterly destroy Joe Biden’s “past, present, and future.”
Hillary is not interested in any competition inside the Democratic party, and through a carefully manufactured selection year process, that is exactly what has been accomplished.
Someone, it seems, has been ripping pages out of the history books on the reign of the cutthroat Caesar dynasty.
No one is naming names, but she cannot be opposed.
